Oleksiy Bezhevets, Partner, Legal Alliance Company, participated as an expert representing the Defendant in the international investment arbitration in the Case Remington Worldwide Limited vs. Ukraine under the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (Sweden).
In particular, Mr. Bezhevets delivered his opinion on legal relations in the area of Ukraine’s fuel and energy industry, and participated in the oral hearings taken on the above Case in Stockholm on 8-12 February this year.
